Izon Solutions

Know what’s happening across your property, even when you’re not there.

Izon pairs AI-assisted remote guarding with sensors on site, so property managers get a live view of their properties and a reliable record of what happens there, all in one dashboard.

A setup built around your property

Every property has its own problems. We start with yours and combine remote guarding, cameras and sensors into one steady stream of data from your physical space, so you can see what is happening and act on it. These are the pieces we build with.

AI-assisted remote guarding

Artificial intelligence (AI) spots activity that needs attention. Trained operators review each event, intervene through live voice-down speakers when needed and escalate to your team or local authorities.

Property analytics from on-site sensors

Sensors track temperature, humidity and occupancy in vacant units and back-of-house rooms, flag changing conditions on heating and cooling (HVAC) units, pumps and grease traps, and measure visits and dwell time across the site.

A record you can use

Izon logs vendor visits, trash pickups and lease violations with the time, place and footage, and keeps video for up to two years.* Everything lands in one dashboard, a single source of truth for your property.

*Two-year video storage is an optional add-on.

Who we work with

We set up three kinds of properties, and each one gets a different mix of cameras, sensors and coverage. Pick one to see a typical week.

Keep an eye on gates, pools, parking and trash areas, and know what happened before residents call. Sensors in vacant units and mechanical rooms flag leaks and temperature problems early.

What people ask first

Do I need new cameras?

Not always. Izon can work with many existing camera systems, and we add cameras or sensors only where coverage is missing. We will tell you which applies on the call.

Who is watching when something happens?

AI flags the activity, and trained remote operators review it during the hours you choose. They can speak through on-site speakers and escalate to your team or local authorities.

Can I start with one service?

Yes. Most owners start with remote guarding or one sensor package. Once the Izon Nexus hub is in, adding a service is as simple as mounting a sensor.
